Don't walk out of the movie theater traumatized ever again. An as-spoiler-free-as-possible-considering-the-concept blog that lets you know, does it end ok. Select a movie from the menu to the right or select the "Green Light, Yellow Light, Red Light" tags to see all movies so categorized. And as always, if you disagree with a movie's classification, let me know in the comments.

Cabin In The Woods
No.
This film received a red light because it contains:
-Torture, more specifically, a redneck zombie torture-worshiping family.
-Several deaths of main and sympathetic characters.
-End of the world.
Although, considering the conflict set up at the end of the film, end of the world is the better of two not-ok options. It allows the surviving characters to reaffirm their humanity. Isn't that uplifting? Not ok though. It does not end ok.

Although a devout Browncoat, I would not see this movie until somebody told me "Everybody dies." I thought she mean all of the characters. Armed with this fact, I was able to enjoy the movie. And be surprised by the end. Shiny.
